DELIVINO

Paul Mathis, the owner of 61 A'Beckett street, considered this an obvious choice to fill his own space with Melbourne’s next unique dining and drinking experience.

With over 25 years of owning and operating Australia’s leading trend setting entertainment establishments such as; Taxi, Transport, Blue Train, Automatic and Chocolate Buddha, Paul Mathis engaged RED Design Group to transform a heritage-listed building into his latest business venture.

The ‘Delivino’ concept to be located on the ground floor was to be reminiscent of 19th century Paris, retaining much of the heritage character of the building, and here you will find design that preserves histories features, while incorporating the historic water powered elevator

Delivino will offer the finest array of delicatessen products from around the world; it will also offer a retail component that will stock products that encompass drinking and appreciation of wine. With this in mind RED worked very closely with paul to develop a beautiful representation of what will be a very popular venue.
